Priya (20) is a Michigan Ross BBA Student who grew up in Manhattan, NYC. She came to Michigan seeking an excellent education and a community. She has found the education intensive but lacks a community like she had back home.  The priorities of her peers don't match hers and coursework alone isn't developing her leadership skills as she'd hoped. She'd heard about Victors Aviation from one of her professors and attended an information session a few weeks ago on campus. She has no flying experience and is a little scared of flying, she confides to her friends, but she sees Victors is about a lot more than just flying. Her parents have done well financially and would gladly sponsor her joining a community like Victors.

Eric (27) is a Michigan State Spartan through and through. He graduated four years ago with a degree in engineering and recently took a job for a biotech startup in Troy. He loves his job and its challenges, but he spends 6 to 7 days a week focused on work with no hobbies. Some days, Eric feels isolated and alone, as the team only spends a few days in the office each week. He's considering getting a dog, or maybe an MBA, and discusses his feelings with family over Thanksgiving. His grandfather was a pilot, and he has memories of flying with grandpa to destinations near and far from decades past. Grandpa suggests Eric stop by the local airport and consider flying lessons. If nothing else, he might meet some interesting people. He's all green and white, and is shocked by how welcoming the Victors family is to him on day one.

Jefferson (38) is a dentist with a private pilot's license and owns his own 1978 Cessna 172 airplane. He completed his DDS nearby fifteen years ago and moved to Birmingham to take over a practice. The first ten years were a series of challenges that were frustrating and exciting all the same time. Now that the practice is humming and he has a junior associate, Jefferson thinks he'd like to get his instrument rating and fly faster airplanes to exotic destinations and CE courses. He left a message for the old man who taught him to fly, but it sounds like he's retired. He's been following Victor's Aviation Instagram and is getting the itch to learn again. He sees all the young people and instructors in Victors uniform and wonders if they have programs for people like him — experienced and certainly not a kid. One day, he sees a feature on a physician his age who completed her IFR rating in a beautiful technically advanced G1000 Cessna 182, and she just flew it to Chicago for her continuing education. He wants to do that, too! He gathers some courage and calls for information and signs up for a true aviation community.
